How quickly will you ship my order?
We ship fast! We ship the same day if we receive your order in time to package it and deliver it to the Post Office. Orders received in the afternoon will ship the next day. Exceptions are custom and special orders.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is also available.
What do you mean by "Our Packaging" or "Mind the Wrap Packaging?"
Sometimes we have the option of purchasing our washi tape in bulk packaging, usually 8 - 20 tapes wrapped as a unit. Since each roll is not individually labeled, the manufacturers may offer a small discount which means we can offer these tapes at a lower price to our customers. We re-package the "loose" tapes in our own high quality wrap, so they are protected and look very nice; they just do not have the factory label.
What is the policy regarding order cancellations:
Due to our same-day shipping policy and our volume of orders, your order is packed very soon after you check out. If you find it necessary to cancel your order, please contact us quickly! We cannot cancel your order after it has been posted.
What is the policy regarding returns and exchanges?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine the best solution based on your individual circumstances Contact us within 3 days of delivery for a return authorization. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable unless we made a mistake and sent the wrong thing.
Are TAXES, such as VAT or GST that are imposed by other countries, included in your item prices?
NO. We are not authorized to collect or responsible for paying ANY taxes, customs fees, or delivery charges imposed in the UK or any other country. VAT is not included in our prices or our shipping charges.

All duties and customs fees incurred are your responsibility. It is very important to contact your local postal service so that you know in advance what fees you may have to pay in addition to the international postage. We have no control over delays due to customs, weather, or your local postal service.
